Before becoming the Marketing and Business Development Manager at Spectra\, Courtney started her career in Investment Services as the Program Coordinator. She assisted countless members with their financial needs to achieve their goals while supporting the department's growth. She then transitioned as the Business Development Specialist\, where she developed critical relationships among several local Chamber of Commerce and its members. These relationships allowed her to advocate the credit union movement while bringing awareness of credit union products\, services\, and financial education to aid small businesses and non-profits. She contributes to her success by being passionate about making a positive difference within the organization and community she serves.\n\nCourtney is a certified Credit Union Business Development Professional and a 2023 CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference Crasher.
