Gallery Opening and Gala featuring Edna W. Cummings, U.S. Army (Retired) Author Advocate for Six Triple Eight Congressional Gold Medal.
Hosted by Port Tobacco Chapter, NSDAR, Inc. and Maryland Veterans Museum at Patriot Park.
Gala will feature a presentation and book signing by Colonel Cummings. Army band will give a performance.
