Imagine being unable to read to your children, understand your bank statement, or qualify for a job. That is the reality for too many people in our community. The Charles County Literacy Council and our volunteers help by offering free, one on one tutoring to adults in reading, math, ESOL, and preparations for exams including the GED and ASVAB.

Volunteering for the Literacy Council is an amazing way to make a real impact in someone's life!

Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided; cash bar and full menu available
