Global Payments would like to host two free educational “Brunch and Learn’s”. One would be held on Thursday, November 5th, and the second on Thursday, November 12th. The topic will be on compliance within the digital age. We will present regulations on interchange, the Durbin Amendment, surcharging rules, and Visa and Mastercard regulations. How to properly address these items, what the laws state in Maryland, and Federally, and provide guidance and answers for business owners. ACH, and processing rules, and help provide any answers to any questions that business owners may have as to what their facing as it comes to digital payments, processing fees, and how to stay compliant yet competitive in today’s landscape, while continuing to see their revenue numbers increase yet savings on excessive fees, and avoiding any penalties for improper compliance violations.
