About Our Speakers:
Courtney Gray is the Marketing and Business Development Manager at Spectra Credit Union. In this role, Courtney is responsible for managing brand marketing activity, contributing to content strategy, and developing relationships with businesses and non-profits in the community.
Having spent eight years in the credit union industry, Courtney has persevered in contributing to the credit union’s philosophy of people helping people. Courtney’s values of equity, compassion, diversity, and innovation have aligned with that of Spectra to serve members of the underserved and underbanked. Before becoming the Marketing and Business Development Manager at Spectra, Courtney started her career in Investment Services as the Program Coordinator. She assisted countless members with their financial needs to achieve their goals while supporting the department’s growth. She then transitioned as the Business Development Specialist, where she developed critical relationships among several local Chamber of Commerce and its members. These relationships allowed her to advocate the credit union movement while bringing awareness of credit union products, services, and financial education to aid small businesses and non-profits. She contributes to her success by being passionate about making a positive difference within the organization and community she serves.
Courtney is a certified Credit Union Business Development Professional and a 2023 CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference Crasher.
