PsychFit goes beyond traditional behavioral health services. Along with therapy, coaching, and rehabilitation services, our new Training & Wellness Center creates opportunities for children, adolescents, adults, families, professionals, and the community to learn, move, connect, and grow.

Come explore the space, meet the PsychFit team, connect with local businesses and community partners, and get a firsthand look at what we're bringing to Charles County.

Throughout the afternoon, guests can enjoy mini session experiences, interactive activities and games, wellness experiences, giveaways, food and refreshments, networking, local health and wellness vendors, facility tours, and opportunities to learn about upcoming PsychFit programs and services.
