The two-day Youth Mental Health Awareness Walk and Rally raises awareness about the importance of paying attention to adolescents' mental health in communities and beyond. Friday, May 3, 2024, Mental Health short film, Don't Tell Me Ur Sorry, written and produced by Anah Ambuchi, a 16-year-old Kenyan American actress and director. On Saturday, May 4, 2024, in The Town of LaPlata, Maryland, Sydnie Collins will host our first annual mental health walk for youth. The Walk and Rally is a youth-led initiative that allows young people to talk about mental health in their own voices and dispel common fears or stigmas that keep them in silence.
