We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Stylist to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities:**
- Provide professional hair styling and grooming services to clients, including cuts, colors, blowouts, and treatments, in accordance with their individual preferences and style goals.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any specific concerns or considerations related to their hair.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair care industry, and incorporate them into your styling repertoire.
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques, product usage, and maintenance to help them achieve and maintain their desired look.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each use, to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with fellow stylists and salon staff to uphold our commitment to excellence in client service and satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a professional stylist in a salon setting.
- Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling, for diverse hair types and textures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively consult with clients and build rapport to understand and meet their needs.
- Creativity and artistic flair, with a passion for experimenting with new styles, trends, and techniques.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional service and results for every client.
- Valid cosmetology license or certification from a recognized training program.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client appointments and salon schedules.
