PsychFit Behavioral Health is a CARF-accredited behavioral health, training, and wellness organization based in Charles County, Maryland. We provide multiple pathways for individuals, families, professionals, and organizations to strengthen how they live, function, and grow.

Our services extend beyond the traditional therapy office. PsychFit brings together individual, relationship/family, and group therapy; psychiatric rehabilitation; training and education; personal and community wellness; growth and life-skills programming; and professional and organizational development.

At the center of this approach is the PsychFit Training & Wellness Center—a community-centered space where people can learn, practice skills, connect with others, and participate in practical programming designed for real life.

From clinical care to prevention, education, skill-building, and community programming, PsychFit creates opportunities to support people at different stages of need—not only when something is wrong.
